Print Your Label
Once your return is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
